Construction of a complete new 5 story ER building and renovation of the existing occupied ER space, for the Johns Hopkins Hospital system. The project required the installation of new steam and utility tunnels that tied into the campus-wide systems without effecting operations of the facility. Scope of work also contained a complete new mechanical floor for the HVAC systems, the supply and installation of a complete plumbing, control and medical gas systems.
