Our Focus

The BIM and Technology Department focuses on keeping Rommel Construction on the cutting edge of the construction industry. Established over 10 years ago, we utilize programs such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD to assist projects in resolving issues during the preconstruction phase before they arise in the field.

We specialize in:

3D Modeling and coordination of MEP Systems, Equipment and clearances
Assisting the prefabrication department in producing constructible systems
Employing Trimble RTS technology to quickly and accurately layout sleeves, hangers and equipment pads
Training our field employees to take advantage of our 2D and 3D models while on the jobsite.
