All Healthcare Institutional Private

Medstar FSMC

Demolition of existing space and build-out/renovation of new Cath Lab, including, new lighting, power, controls, and connections to medical equipment. The project required strict environmental control since it was located in an occupied hospital.

Bayview Hospital

Construction of a complete new 5 story ER building and renovation of the existing occupied ER space, for the Johns Hopkins Hospital system. The project required the installation of new steam and utility tunnels that tied into the campus-wide systems without effecting operations of the facility.

UMBC

Replaced all existing cooling towers, water treatment systems and rebuilt all associated pumps in an occupied and operational research facility without interruption.

Replacement of mission-critical electrical infrastructure including; 2- 1 Mega watt generators, incoming high voltage feeders, transformers, duct bank, and main switch gear. Work had to be completed while the building was still in operation with minimal shut downs.

Annapolis Solar Park

Complete construction of the Annapolis Solar Park. This 18 megawatt solar plant is the largest in the nation built on a capped landfill.
